What we never collect

We do not see or store your card details. Card payments are handled on our payment provider’s own page, and we receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded.

Who else sees your data

• Our payment provider, to take payment.
• Our delivery partner, to bring you your order.
• Our email provider, to send order confirmations and delivery updates.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as UAE tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we will remove what we are not legally required to keep.
